A contract between you and us is only formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched (“Dispatch Confirmation”).
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- pricing or product information is incorrect;
- fraud or misuse is suspected;
- delivery restrictions apply.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund using the original payment method.
5. Price & Payment

Ownership of products passes to you once full payment has been received and the goods have been dispatched.
If products are left in a nominated safe place in accordance with your instructions, delivery will be deemed complete and risk passes to you at that point.
7. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for most online purchases.
However, this right does not apply to certain exempt goods, including:
- personalised or bespoke items;
- sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
- perishable goods;
- goods mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.

You must return the goods unused, in resaleable condition, and in original packaging (where reasonably possible).
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is your responsibility.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of:
- receiving the returned goods; or
- receiving evidence that they have been returned,
whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:
- as described;
- of satisfactory quality; and
- fit for purpose.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@staging.felinie.com as soon as reasonably possible and ideally within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:

- a description of the issue; and
- photographs where possible.
Where a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include:

- repair (where appropriate);
- refund; or
- price reduction,
in line with your legal rights.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
9. Reviews & User Content
If you submit a review, comment, image, testimonial, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, adapt, and display that content in connection with our business and marketing.
You confirm that:
